Apple Music and TV apps for Windows have appeared , with preview versions of the apps in the Microsoft Store via Verifier ( via MacRumors ). Last October, Microsoft announced that it was moving into the platform, allowing users to finally ditch the outdated iTunes app and Apple TV web player for native software closer to the experience built into macOS.

There's also a third preview of an app called Apple Devices, which is designed to manage and sync things like your iPod and iPad, a feature currently available in iTunes on Windows and Mac. It also appears to contain some references to Reality OS and xrOS, which are codenames associated with Apple's virtual reality headsets.

The TV app is similar to the Macross version, although you access different sections via the side menu rather than the tabs above. With it, I was able to watch Apple TV Plus shows, as well as movies purchased from iTunes. It also had a mini player mode. The Music app is similar to the macOS version, although accessing the iTunes Store is more difficult.
