AirAsia Super+: Unlimited flights from RM99/month

Low-cost carrier AirAsia has introduced a new AirAsia Super+ pass which offers unlimited flights within ASEAN for one full year. According to AirAsia, the previous Super+ unlimited annual flight pass has helped consumers save more than RM1,500 per year.

AirAsia Super+ ASEAN Pass 2024 Pricing

The new Unlimited ASEAN International Pass under AirAsia MOVE travel subscription plan now costs RM1,188. That’s quite an increase from December 2022’s Super+ subscription pass at RM888. In March 2022, AirAsia introduced its Super+ ASEAN pass for RM639.

To help its customers sign up with lower upfront costs, AirAsia is also offering easy payment options where you can get the pass from as low as RM99/month on a 12-month instalment plan. The instalment plan is available for Ambank, HSBC, Maybank and Public Bank credit card holders. Just make sure to choose “Installment Plan 0% Interest” during the checkout process.

For BigPay users, AirAsia is offering RM50 discount for the Unlimited ASEAN Pass. We’ve been told that there’s an instalment option for BigPay but there will be an extra charge of RM8 per month.

Previous Super+ holders can also enjoy early bird discount by using the promo code EARLYBIRD5.

The destinations include Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.

On top of that, pass holders can get unlimited RM2 discount on ehailing rides with AirAsia Ride in Malaysia. In addition, AirAsia is also offering a one-time free airport ride to KLIA or KLIA2, worth up to RM80.

Besides the discounts and free unlimited flights, Super+ pass holders will receive 5,000 AirAsia rewards points as a signup bonus. These points will be credited within 7-14 days after purchase of the pass.

AirAsia Super+ ASEAN Pass Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

As usual, there are some terms and conditions that you’ll need to know before taking up the Super+ pass for unlimited flights in ASEAN. Firstly, the flights must be booked at least 14 days in advance and within the eligible travel dates of 1st May 2024 to 30th April 2025.

This time, the new pass only allows you to hold 2 active unlimited flight bookings (PNR) during the subscription period. The bookings (PNR) could be either one-way or (two-way) return bookings. If you have two active bookings, you can only book another unlimited flight once one of the two bookings is marked as “flown”.

According to AirAsia, the FUP ensures every subscriber can travel as much as they want and not be limited by overbooking. The FUP only applies for flight bookings with Unlimited Class.

Users can book up to two flights for travel on the same day. However, multiple bookings for the same travel day from the same original of departure are not allowed. It added that Fly-thru flights are not eligible for discounted prices.
