GXBank has launched a new campaign where you can get more cash by simply referring your friends. GXBank users can also stand a chance to win RM10,000 in cash for being a top referrer.
RM10,000 cash is up for grabs for the most referrals
The GX Referral Campaign is running until 31st July 2024 and users are eligible to receive an RM8 referral reward for every successful referral made. This means if you refer 5 friends, you’ll get RM40 in your GX Account.
The Referral Reward is open to selected individual customers of GXBank from 16th May 2024 and it will be open to all individual customers of GXBank with a GX Account from 30th May 2024 onwards. The referral programme will be running until 31st July 2024.
Between 3rd June to 28th July 2024, GXBank is offering weekly and ultimate grand prizes for top referrals. The top 3 referrers with the highest number of successful referrals will each win RM500 worth of GrabGift vouchers during the weekly campaign.
Ultimately, the top referral with the highest number of successful active referrals during the campaign will win RM10,000 cash.
How to refer friends and earn RM8
To start referring, launch the GXBank app and then tap on the “Me” tab on the bottom of the screen. Scroll down and you’ll find “Share with friends” under the “About Us” section.
From this page, tap on “Share link with friends” and share the referral link and code to your contacts via various channels including instant messaging, text and social media.
When the referee click on the link, they will be redirected to install the GXBank app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. During the new account opening process, they would need to either reclick the referral link in the original message or manually enter the Referral code in the Referral message.
According to the T&C, the referral code will expire after 60 days if it has never been used. If the code has expired, you may send a new referral code to the referee.
A GXBank referral is considered successful only after a referee has successfully used the referral link and opened a GX Account. If the referee used the referral link but did not open a GX Account, you are not eligible to receive the RM8 Campaign Reward. Similarly, if the referee signed up and completed the registration without using your referral code, you are also not eligible to receive the RM8 reward.
The campaign FAQ also states that the referral reward will be credited to your GX Account instantly after your referee has successfully opened a new GX Account using the Referral link or code sent by you. However, there are exceptional cases where the crediting of the reward may take up to two weeks from the date of your referee successfully opened a new GX Account using the referral link or code.
According to GXBank, they currently have more than 260,000 Malaysians on their digital banking platform and everyone can continue to benefit from the 3% p.a. daily interest returns which are credited on a daily basis.
