Apple iPad Air 2025 (M3) Malaysia Specs and Features

Similar to the 2024 version, the new iPad Air comes in 11″ and 13″ options that uses an IPS panel pushing 2360×1640 pixels and 2732×2048 pixels resolution respectively. The new M3 chip also has an 8-core GPU and 9-core GPU as its previous M2-powered version, and it also supports Apple Intelligence.
The rear 12MP wide camera and front landscape 12MP centre strage camera remains unchanged, and the same goes as well for its landscape stereo speakers and two microphone array.

In terms of connectivity, the new iPad Air still supports up to WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. The cellular version also supports Gigabit LTE and sub-6GHz 5G. Just like last year’s model, the iPad Air doesn’t come with a physical SIM tray as it only supports eSIM for mobile connectivity.
On a full charge, the iPad Air still boasts up to 10 hours of web browsing and video playback.

As mentioned earlier, the new Magic Keyboard for the iPad has been updated with an additional 14-key function row at the top. It still features a USB-C connector with pass-through charging, as well as a glass trackpad.
If you’re wondering why the new Magic Keyboard is cheaper than the previous version, the new version for 2025 lacks backlighting, which can be a deal breaker for those who intend to use it in very dark environments. As a comparison, the previous Magic Keyboard is priced at RM1,399 for the 11″ version and RM1,599 for the 13″ version.
