Poco has just launched its latest flagship smartphones, the Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra, in Malaysia. The latter is not only the brand’s first “Ultra” device, but is also the market’s affordable smartphone with Qualcomm’s latest and greatest smartphone chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
Poco F7 Pro & F7 Ultra Malaysia: Pricing and availability
The Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra are both available for sale in Malaysia, and are available with limited-time early bird promos between now and the 9th of April 2025, slashing their price tags by up to RM400:

Poco F7 Pro Malaysia: Specs and features
Looks-wise, both devices sport similar designs, featuring an off-centred camera island on their backs, and are IP68-rated for dust and water resistance. Another similarity between both phones is that they’re fitted with the same 6.67″ 2K (3200×1400 pixels) 120Hz AMOLED display, along with an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner.
Not to forget, Poco is promising to provide both the Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra with up to 4 generations of Android OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates. As expected, both devices come shipped out of the box with HyperOS 2, which is based on Android 15.
Powering the Poco F7 Pro is Qualcomm’s flagship mobile chipset from last year, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. In Malaysia, this phone can be had with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
In the camera department, the Poco F7 Pro is equipped with a dual rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP f/1.6 main camera with OIS, as well as an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle shooter. Flip the phone around, and you will be looking at a 20MP selfie camera.
Keeping lights on for the Poco F7 Pro is a 6,000mAh battery that can receive charge at 90W via USB-C.
What are the extras you get with the Poco F7 Ultra?
As mentioned above, the Poco F7 Ultra is the brand’s first “Ultra” smartphone. Besides featuring the word “Ultra” in its name, it also boasts some ultra specs, including Qualcomm’s latest and greatest mobile chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
This “Ultra” phone can be paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage and is also fitted with the VisionBoost D7 – Poco’s first dedicated graphics boost chipset.
Poco says it has given the F7 Ultra its best imaging system ever, which consists of three camera modules. This includes a 50MP f/1.6 main camera with OIS, a 50MP f/2.0 “floating” telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and a 32MP f/2.2 ultra-wide shooter. For selfies, you also get a 32MP snapper.
Battery-wise, the Poco F7 Ultra gets a slightly smaller 5,300mAh cell, but makes up for that with faster 120W wired charging, along with 50W wireless charging support.
