Aside from launching the Honor MagicBook X14 2025 laptop, along with two new Honor Pad tablets, Honor Malaysia has once again launched the Honor Watch 5 and the Honor Earbuds Open. These products have been made available in Malaysia since the 17th of January this year, with Honor Watch 5 now gaining a new variant.

Available in either Black or Gold, you can purchase the silicone strap variant of the Honor Watch 5 via Honor’s physical stores, official website, as well as its official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The leather strap variant is available in Green, and is an exclusively sold online, namely Honor’s official website and e-commerce platforms.
Honor Earbuds Open:
You can purchase the Honor Earbuds Open via physical Honor stores, Honor’s official website, as well as the brand’s official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Two colour options are available, namely Polar Gold and Polar Black.
Honor Watch 5 Malaysia: Specs and features
The Honor Watch 5 sports a 6-series aluminium alloy case and a CNC rotatable crown. At its face is a 1.85″ AMOLED display that pushes out 450×390 pixels. Customising the Watch 5’s straps is easy, as it supports standard 22mm straps, so you don’t have to buy proprietary straps.
When it comes to health-related features, the Honor Watch 5 can track your heart rate, blood oxygen (SPO2), as well as sleep. The watch also sports GPS for more accurate tracking of outdoor activities, such as running and walking.
One unique feature the Honor Watch 5 has is “one-click health scan”, which helps track key health metrics such as your average heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress level. These data will then be compiled and included in a checkup report.
With its 480mAh silicon-carbon battery, the Honor Watch 5 is said to be capable of lasting up to 15 days on a single charge. Durability is also taken care of as the watch is rated for 5ATM and IP68, making it dust and water resistant.
No matter if you’re using an Android phone or iPhone, the Honor Watch 5 plays nice with both platforms, and can be paired with devices running at least Android 9.0 or iOS 12.0.
Honor Earbuds Open Malaysia: Specs and features
As you can tell from its name, the Honor Earbuds Open are a pair of open-style true wireless earbuds. Weighing just 7.9g each, these earbuds come with what Honor says is the industry’s first open-ear-3-mic hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC). The 3-mic noise cancellation feature is also available for calls. In terms of battery life, the Honor Earbuds Open can last up to 6 hours on a single charge. With the charging case, the earbuds can last you up to a total of 22 hours.
Connectivity is handled by Bluetooth 5.2, and the Earbuds Open can be paired with iOS and Android devices alike. The earbuds are also rated for IP54, making them dust and splash resistant.
