Samsung Malaysia has unveiled its latest Bespoke AI home appliances which includes its new side-by-side refrigerators, top-loading washing machines and new Jet vacuum cleaners. With the inclusion of AI, Samsung wants to add greater convenience and intelligence to everyday routines as well as improving energy consumption for these home appliances.
Besides offering a more connected ecosystem via SmartThings, users can effortlessly interact with their home appliances with natural voice interaction via Bixby. For greater privacy and security, these Bespoke AI home appliances are backed by Samsung Knox which protects user data with multi-layered security. To further safeguard users against potential future quantum attacks, Samsung has also incorporated Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) for its screen-equipped products.
To ensure these home appliances are running optimally, the SmartThings Home Care uses AI to monitor the status of appliances and it will notify user when potential issues are detected.
Samsung Bespoke AI Side-by-Side Refrigerators
One of the latest products to arrive is the 2025 Samsung 594L Bespoke AI side-by-side refrigerator. It comes with a 9″ LCD AI Home screen which connects seamlessly with all Samsung devices and it supports voice commands via Bixby. The connected fridge supports Multi-Device-Experience where it can act as a hub to connect everything from smartphones to other smart home appliances.
From the 9″ touch screen, users can monitor their fridge content including expiry date of identified food items, as well as the ability to answer phone calls, play music, videos and even get suggested recipe suggestions via SmartThings Food Management.
The new fridge also comes a water and ice dispenser. There’s no extra plumbing required as the fridge has a built-in 4.5-litre BPA-free water tank.
Some of the AI features include Auto Open Door which is handy when your hands are full. The new Bespoke AI side-by-side fridges come with touch sensors for both doors that can swing open automatically with a gentle touch of your finger or elbow, or via Bixby voice commands if supported.
The Samsung Bespoke AI fridges also boasts AI Energy Mode which claims to reduce power consumption by up to 10%. To ensure consistent freshness, the Bespoke AI fridges offers all-around cooling from corner to corner and it also features metal cooling at the rear walls to ensure stable temperatures. If there’s a need to cool your groceries or drinks quickly, there’s also a power cool or power freeze function that blast cold air intensively for rapid cooling performance.
To maintain a fresher and cleaner fridge environment, there’s also a built-in UV deodoriser and filter to ensure fresh air circulation while minimising odours.
As an AI-connected device, the Bespoke AI fridges have WiFi connectivity which allows you to monitor its status, energy consumption and even the list of food in your refrigerator remotely on your smartphone.

Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Top Load
Following the launch of the front-loading Bespoke AI Laundry Combo last year, Samsung Malaysia has introduced its new lineup of Bespoke AI top-loading washing machines. Available from 13kg to 21kg capacity, Samsung has added three key AI features that aims to make laundry easier, more convenient and effortless.
With AI Wash, the washing machine is able to detect the fabric type and load weight to ensure optimal settings such as water level, agitation and wash/rinse times. Using SmartThings AI Energy Mode, users can reduce the washer’s energy consumption by up to 20% as it uses enhanced algorithm to cut energy use.
Last but not least, there’s also AI VRT+ (Vibration Reduction Technology) that’s designed to ensure a quieter and smoother washing experience. The Bespoke AI top load washer has sensors to collect various data including frame vibration which it will send to an AI server. With this AI feature, the washer is able to determine the ideal settings to suit the type of floor and to mitigate noise and vibration during the wash cycle.
For a more efficient cleaning performance with minimal fabric damage, these Bespoke AI top-load washers feature Ecobubble technology combined with BubbleStorm. The feature dissolves detergent into foam for deeper fabric penetration while its dual storm action ensures thorough mixing of bubbles and clothes. As a result, these Samsung washers are claimed to use up to 25% less energy, up to 13% less water and is able to wash 2.5 times faster while providing up to 20% better fabric care.

Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra Vacuum Cleaners
Last but not least are Samsung’s new Bespoke AI Jet series of vacuum cleaners. With up to 400W of suction power, this is currently Samsung’s most powerful cordless stick vacuum cleaner to date and it boasts AI features for optimal cleaning.
The HexaJet Motor is designed with a hexagonal stator structure, a second-stage diffuser and a thinner impeller for optimised airflow and motor efficiency. Equipped with AI Cleaning Mode 2.0, the Bespoke AI Jet vacuum is able to detect the brush load and air pressure to automatically determine the appropriate suction power required across six different environments.
The Ultra model is able to crank up to 400W for intensive cleaning and has a run time of up to 100 minutes on a single charge in min mode. Meanwhile, the Bespoke AI Jet Lite offers up to 280W of suction power and it has a run time of up to 60 minutes on a single charge in min mode.
Both Jet vacuum cleaners come with a 0.5L dust bin and has a HEPA filtration system to prevent fine dust from escaping, to ensure clean air for your home environment. For a more hygienic clearing of the dust bin, the Bespoke AI Jet series comes with an all-in-one clean station where it will seamlessly transfers the dust into a dust bag for ease of disposable.
