Realme Malaysia has revealed its Realme 13 Pro series which emphasises photography and AI features. On paper, it looks like a minor refresh of last year’s Realme 12 Pro+ and the new Realme 13 Pro and Realme 13 Pro+ are still running on the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 5G chip.
Realme 13 Pro and Realme 13 Pro+ Malaysia Pricing
The range-topping Realme 13 Pro+ 5G with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is officially priced at RM2,299 in Malaysia. The device is offered in two colours – Monet Gold and Emerald Green.
The Realme 13 Pro+ 5G is available for purchase via authorised Realme resellers and the official store on Lazada and Shopee. As part of its early bird promo, Realme Malaysia is offering free gifts worth up to RM1,137 which include a Realme Buds T110, 1+1 year extended warranty and 730-day front and back crack replacement.
Meanwhile, the Realme 13 Pro 5G with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is officially priced at RM1,999 in Malaysia. The device is offered in either Monet Purple or Emerald Green, and you can buy the Realme 13 Pro 5G online via Lazada and Shopee. If you order early, you can get free gifts which include a Realme Buds T01, 1+1 year extended warranty and 730-day Front and Back Crack Replacement.
On Shopee, the Realme official store is offering an additional TechLife Powerbank 10,000mAh while stocks last.
Realme 13 Pro+ 5G Malaysia Specs and Features
The Realme 13 Pro+ 5G is the brand’s premium mid-range offering. It offers a 6.7″ 120Hz Full HD+ curved OLED display boasting up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness and 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut. It has a touch sampling rate of up to 240Hz and a PWM Dimming frequency of 2160Hz for better eye comfort. In terms of finish, the Monet Gold version gets a high-gloss rear panel with a shimmering particle effect, while the Emerald Green edition comes with a vegan leather back.
Under the hood, it runs on a 4nm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 5G chip mated with 12GB RAM (Support for extra 12GB of virtual RAM) and 512GB of storage.
In the camera department, the Realme 13 Pro+ 5G gets a rear triple-camera setup which consists of a 50MP 1/1.56″ Sony LYT-701 main camera, a 50MP Sony LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. Similar to its predecessor, the telephoto shooter offers 3x optical zoom and digital zoom up to 120x.
Both main and telephoto cameras are established with OIS and Realme is also boasting AI Ultra Clarity to boost image quality. For selfies, the device is equipped with a 32MP front camera.
The Realme 13 Pro+ 5G supports 802.11ax WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and dual 5G with two Nano SIM card slots. It also comes with Linear Dual Speakers, Hi-Res Audio certification and dual-mic noise cancellation. For greater peace of mind, the device is also IP65-rated for dust and water resistance.
Powering the device is a slightly larger 5,200mAh battery and it supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging via USB-C. According to Realme, you can get from 1-50% charge in just 19 minutes. Out of the box, it runs on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14.

If you’re looking for something more affordable, there’s the Realme 13 Pro 5G. It comes in Monet Purple in a gloss glass finish as well as Emerald Green with a vegan leather back. The display and processor are similar to the Realme 13 Pro+ 5G as it retains a 6.7″ Full HD+ 120Hz curved OLED display and a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 5G chip. The Realme 13 Pro 5G also gets 12GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage.
Although the device has what appears to be a triple-camera setup, Realme only states a dual-camera setup with a 50MP Sony LYT600 main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera. For selfies, the device comes with a 32MP selfie shooter.
The Realme 13 Pro 5G still gets a 5,200mAh battery like the Pro+ model but supports a lower-rated 45W SuperVOOC charging. Despite being the cheaper model, it still gets an IP65 dust and water resistance rating and dual speakers. It also runs on Android 14 and Realme UI 5.0.
