The Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is coming to Malaysia very soon and Samsung Malaysia is now accepting pre-orders for the washer and dryer combo. As part of its pre-order promo, Samsung is currently offering rewards of up to RM4,000 for a limited time.

The Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is officially priced at RM14,999 in Malaysia. If you pre-order the washer and dryer combo from now until 31st October 2024, it can be yours for RM12,999 and you’ll also receive Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit worth RM2,000.
If you order from Samsung Malaysia’s online store, you can also earn Samsung Rewards with the purchase. Samsung Malaysia is also offering instalment payment plans from RM361.08/month (36-month duration).
According to the listing, the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo will start shipping on 8th October 2024.

To recap, the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is an all-in-one 25kg washer and 15kg dryer, which is said to be the largest in the industry. On top of that, it boasts AI features to improve wash time and energy efficiency.
On the front, the washer features a 7″ colour LCD which is connected to your home’s WiFi. Being a connected device, you can monitor and manage the device via Smart Things or interact with it via voice using Bixby. The integrated display also features a web browser which you can use to play YouTube videos.
According to Samsung, the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo has a Super Speed mode which is able to wash and dry your clothes in just 98 minutes. For improved efficiency, it features heat pump drying technology which recycles hot air used to dry your laundry and it also helps to reduce drying time by up to 60% while reducing energy use by up to 75%. To monitor your energy consumption, the Laundry Combo is able to track the amount of electricity (kWh) used.
For greater convenience, the base of the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo features a centralised dispenser for your detergent and softener. According to the product page, the compartment is enough for up to 17 loads of washing with softener or up to 32 loads without softener. Depending on your usage, you probably would only need to top up the detergent once a month.
When you load the washer and dryer, the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo will intelligently detect the fabric and soil level, and determine the right amount of water and detergent to wash your clothes. To prevent damp smell after a washing and drying cycle, you can set it to auto-open door after completion. The washer also has built-in self-cleaning and maintenance features such as Auto Condenser Cleaning to clear the lint filter and Self Clean+ which cleans the drum by soaking, pulsating and spinning.
For greater peace of mind, Samsung is offering a 20-year warranty for the Digital Inverter Motor. The Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo weighs 147kg and it comes only in Dark Silver Steel with a Black Deco Glass door.
