Samsung Malaysia has announced that the official rollout for One UI 7 in Malaysia will begin starting from 14th April 2025. Initially available out of the box on the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, One UI 7 brings a fresh new interface that’s optimised for Galaxy AI.
If you’re using the previous generation of Samsung Galaxy devices, you will soon be able to enjoy the new interface and features as early as next month.
Samsung says that One UI 7 will be pushed as an update starting with the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, before gradually rolling out to more Galaxy smartphones and tablets in the following weeks.

- Samsung Galaxy S23 FE
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series
With One UI 7, you’ll be greeted by a new simplified and streamlined interface which includes the new home and lock screen and redesigned widgets. One notable addition is the Now Bar, an AI-powered assistant that provides real-time updates that matter to you at the time of the day.
On top of that, users can look forward to more new AI-driven experiences that were introduced on the Galaxy S25 series. This includes AI Select, Audio Eraser, Writing Assist and Drawing Assist. Google Gemini is also more deeply integrated with One UI 7 and this also includes natural language search that now extends to Settings. However, do note that availability of certain Galaxy AI features may vary depending on the hardware.
