Yet, for decades, Republican congressmen tasked with writing laws to solve immigration problems have repeatedly failed to put forward any serious legislative proposals. On Thursday morning, President Biden, who submitted his immigration proposal to Congress on his first day in office, asked Republicans to come in or out. Jen Psaki, former White House press secretary and broadcaster for MSNBC, joins Joy Reid for a chat.
